SE、PG通信分野をはじめ、流通・製造など多種多様な業界の基幹システム開発を手掛ける企業
・福岡本社(自社)もしくはプロジェクト先(福岡市都市部)でご活躍いただきます
福岡本社(自社)もしくはプロジェクト先(福岡市都市部)でのSE、PGとしてご活躍いただきたいと思います。通信分野をはじめ、流通・製造など多種多様な業界の基幹システム開発を手掛けています。エンドユーザーからのオーダーも多く、技術力に加えそれぞれの業界特性や商習慣、動向などを理解しながら、適切なシステム構築をします。
- 過去の主な開発実績
・大手通信会社の手数料計算システムの開発(ストアドプロシージャ、PL/SQL)
・ECサイトの構築(PHP、PHP 5.3、EC-CUBE)
・自社開発パッケージ(販売管理システムなど)
・POSシステムパッケージ
※パッケージのアドオン開発の案件が増えていて、直受けの案件割合も増えています。
- 社風・組織構成
自社内開発の元請け案件を多く保有しており、またクライアント先での勤務の場合もプロジェクトは全て20名ほどの自社メンバーで構成されているため、長く安心して開発業務に取り組むことができます。
30代前半のメンバーが中心となって活躍されており、意見が言いやすいため、部署ごとの垣根もなく、技術交流も盛んに行われる活気溢れる現場です。
また、プロジェクトのマネージャーが適切にプロジェクトの工数管理をしているため、残業も月に平均して10時間程度となっており、プライベートも充実できます。意欲を持ったメンバーには、マネジメントや上流工程を任せる風土があり、自由度高く、自分なりのプロジェクト運営に挑戦することができます。

<予定年収>400万円~450万円<賃金形態>月給制※残業手当は100%支給です。<昇給有無>有<残業手当>有<給与補足>※上記の月収に残業代は含まれていません。昇給:年1回(8月)賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※記載金額は選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
