【仕事内容】
大手SI企業と連携し、
コンサルティングからシステム導入までトータルに手がけることで価値を提供しています。
大手製造メーカーや通信キャリアの課題解決を最上流から担い、
顧客要件のヒアリングや戦略設計、システム導入実行などを行います。
経験やスキルに合わせて業務を開始し、高難易度案件や一括案件の管理、
自組織のマネジメントなど、希望に応じたキャリア形成が可能です。
DX推進に伴いニーズが拡大しており、売上は2期連続で175%成長しています。
エンド企業との直接取引を拡大するため、コンサルティング組織を強化しています。
【具体的には】
・ 業務内容
・ ERP パッケージ「mcframe」の導入コンサルティング
・ 大手通信キャリア様の PMO 支援
・ プロジェクト内容
・ 顧客要件のヒアリング
・ 戦略設計/遂行
・ 提案資料や報告資料の作成
・ プロジェクトのスケジュール管理や課題管理
・ 要件定義、機能設計、テスト、移行
【求める人材】
・業務系システムのコンサルティングまたは要件定義の経験(1年以上)
・業務系システムの開発経験(3年以上)
・マネジメント経験
【歓迎】
・PMやPLなどのマネジメントやリーダーの経験
・Java、C、C++、.NET、Pythonによる開発経験
・MySQL、PostgreSQLなどデータベース関連の経験
【給与】
年収600~950万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
