【仕事内容】
【仕事の内容】
・組み込み分野では、新たな移動サービスで注目を集めるMaaSやコネクテッドカー、自動運転といったモビリティ関連市場に参画。
具体的には
・自動車メーカー、自動車部品メーカーから受託している自動車の各種ソフトウェアの開発案件(4~8名程度)において、エンジニアとして見積、要件定義を担当しつつ、全体スケジュールを円滑に進めるプロジェクト推進役として部下やビジネスパートナーの作業管理やリスクに対する対策検討などのプロジェクト管理全般を担っていただきたい。
【案件例】
・コックピットの映像系driver、Middleware開発、実装、Integration環境構築、起動高速化対応(4~8名:24カ月)
・USB,システム系不具合対応、脆弱性対応(4~8名:24カ月)
・QNXdriverやLinux仮想driver、およびNetwork(QNX, Linux)の開発、実装((4~8名:20カ月)
・クラウド環境での開発環境(CI/CD)のビルド、自動テスト環境構築(6~8名:24カ月)

【求める人材】
【必須】
・複数名のプロジェクト管理を3年以上経験
・見積、提案書の作成経験と提案経験がある
・ユーザとの納期、費用、仕様の交渉経験
・Linux(OS、Driver、ミドルウェア)の組組込み開発の経験
・組込みソフトウェア開発経験
【歓迎要件】
・10名程度のグループの運営(評価、育成、要員管理)経験
・クラウドシステムの開発経験
・事業企画や製品企画に携わった経験
・複数デバイスのアーキテクチャー、機能の知識
・インターネット関連の知識や開発経験
・スクラムマスターの経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
