仕事内容:

【業務内容】
病院で培った評価技術やリスク管理のスキルは、老健の現場で非常に重宝されます。
病院ほど医療依存度は高くないものの、急な状態変化への対応や、正確な評価に基づいたプログラムは欠かせません。
これまでのキャリアを活かしつつ、より「人」としての暮らしに深く、長く関わりたい方を求めています。
【1日のスケジュール例】
08:30 出勤・準備(当日の予約確認とバイタルチェック)
09:30 午前の機能訓練(お一人ずつの状態に合わせた丁寧な対応)
12:00 休憩(オンオフを大切にしています)
13:00 午後の機能訓練(無理のない件数設定で、質を担保)
15:30 多職種カンファレンス(リハ視点からの意見共有)
16:30 事務整理・翌日の準備(落ち着いて記録をまとめる時間)
17:30 業務終了(夜勤なし、安定した働き方が可能です)

【休日】シフト制 【年間休日】115日 ▼非常勤 勤務日以外はすべて休日とする

野芥駅より 徒歩 31分 車通勤可
給与:
