    【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

    • Local Administration
    • To assign and delete the roles and responsibilities of employees based on the requests from HR and Hiring Manager
    • To set up right combination of roles and responsibilities with SoD
    • User Support for the system. 1st Level support in the country and create incidents for the end user, communication with global IT team
    • Implementation support for system project/Master data management, Prepare and Execute the test
    • Based on the requests from Japan Management, to investigate current process and see where any opportunities for more transparency and efficiency are
    • To work closely with APAC and HQ IT to seek for any existing solutions within the company and implement them in Japan with necessary modifications

    【REQUIREMENTS】

    • Native level Japanese and business level English
    • Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Accounting
    • Working experience in Medical industry is PLUS
    • Deep knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP
    • Knowledge of IFRS and business process
