- Local Administration
- To assign and delete the roles and responsibilities of employees based on the requests from HR and Hiring Manager
- To set up right combination of roles and responsibilities with SoD
- User Support for the system. 1st Level support in the country and create incidents for the end user, communication with global IT team
- Implementation support for system project/Master data management, Prepare and Execute the test
- Based on the requests from Japan Management, to investigate current process and see where any opportunities for more transparency and efficiency are
- To work closely with APAC and HQ IT to seek for any existing solutions within the company and implement them in Japan with necessary modifications
- Native level Japanese and business level English
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Accounting
- Working experience in Medical industry is PLUS
- Deep knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of IFRS and business process
