Main Mission & Objective:
日本の顧客のニーズにあったサービス体制を構築し、設置前事前調査、設置、修理及び保守サービスを営業部門及びマーケティングと連携を取りながら実施する。顧客からの技術的問い合わせの回答を行い、苦情・不具合について、品質保証部門と連権しながら、問題解決にあたる。US本社の技術部門と連携を取りながら、高いレベルの技術サポートを行えるように最新の技術情報を学び実践をする。高いサービス品質を顧客に提供をする。
Main Responsibilities:
·人工呼吸器及び関連機器の保守点検、定期メンテナンス、修理などを含むフィールド及び
各事業所、サービスセンター内での作業
·人工呼吸器の定期メンテナンス、保守契約の提案から締結迄の一連の業務
·人工呼吸器及び関連機器・製品に関する顧客からの不具合・苦情の問い合わせ対応
·業務に関連したデータ入力や書類作成
Requirements :
·理工系学士(4年生大学卒)以上
·普通自動車免許
·何らかの機器のフィールドサービス経験
·良好なコミュニケーション能力
·MSオフィス(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
·宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること
·必要に応じて、夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること
Prefferd Skills:
·医療機器のフィールドサービス経験
·臨床工学技士
·第2種ME技術者
·薬事法等に関する基礎知識
