- 認定基準及びBSIで定められた審査手順・指示に従い審査及び検証の確実な遂行。
- 審査及び監査に必要な力量の継続的な改善の実施(勉強会への参加を含む)。
- 割り当てられた業務(審査及び監査、講師、その他支援業務)の確実な遂行。
- 上長の指示に従い、認定資格(P-コード、T-コード、C-コードなど)の取得及び維持。
- 審査及び監査チームを代表して顧客及び当社内部の関係部署との調整・連絡・報告を行う。
- 実習審査員及び実習監査人の教育及び監視。
- BSIアンバサダーとして顧客の課題に対してBSIが支援できることを顧客へ紹介する。
- 上述された責任を遂行するにあたり作成される文書・記録の維持
- 各自のPDRに従う。
- 二者監査/サプライチェーン関連業務経験2年以上
- 英語力(読み書き)
- Social audit/社会的責任監査 実施経験(APSCA、SMETA、RBA、SLCP等)
- APSCA CSCA資格
- ISO資格保有(ISO14001、ISO9001、ISO45001)
- 英語を用いた業務経験(英文報告書作成、英文企画書読解、電話会議対応出来れば尚可

【備考】
・正社員: 認証機関での審査員としての活動経験ある場合は、正社員採用となります。(試用期間 あり)
・契約審査員:認証機関での審査員未経験の方は、有期雇用契約社員からのスタートとなります。
その後、BSIで活動できる審査員としての資格を満たした方は有期雇用契約審査員から正社員に切り替えあり。
(有期雇用契約期間中は、ボーナス(業績連動)、昇給 対象外です。)
【選考プロセス】
面接(2~3回)、最終面接前に、SPI(オンライン)の実施あり。
