Job summary
We're seeking an experienced sourcer to support our talent outreach and strategy for our Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across OpenAI.You'll own hiring manager relationships across the GTM organization, identify and engage leading talent in their respective fields,
and partner with our recruiters and leaders to optimize the teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across GTM to build and improve recruiting processes.
- Craft thoughtful approaches to candidate outreach.
