- 規制当局へ提出、またはそれをサポートするバリデーション文書を作成、保管し、内部および外部の規制/コンプライアンス査察の際、必要に応じて利用できるようにします。
- 製造部門、エンジニアリング部門内、薬事部門、品質管理部門、また品質保証部門と日々連携して業務を行います。
- 医薬品・医療機器製造業、また医薬品・医療機器製造業者者に設備、機器を供給する設備、機器メーカーにおける滅菌バリデーションの実施経験(最低8年以上)
- バリデーション文書(計画書、報告書等)や関連手順書の作成及びバリデーションの実行経験(最低8年以上)
- cGMP規制環境における作業規範に関する基本的な知識と業務経験(最低10年以上)
- 製造、洗浄及び滅菌工程及び設備、機器、またそれらに付随するコンピュータ化システムに関する知識
- 製造部門、エンジニアリング部門、または生産技術/テクニカルサービス部門での実務経験
- 工学または科学の分野における学士号
- マネージャー以外の役割で10年以上の洗浄バリデーション、滅菌バリデーション、それらに付随する設備、機器の適格性評価及びコンピュータ化システムバリデーションの経験
- 製造工程、洗浄工程及び滅菌工程に付随した制御システム(Allen-Bradley PLC、Delta V、BAS、Siemensなど)に関する知識、経験
