■日常の総務業務全般
・社内ルールの整備
・オフィス、ファシリティ管理業務
・書類の発行(就労証明書、退職証明書等)
・購買・在庫管理(業務上使用する備品、日用品、名刺、等)
・福利厚生の見直し・提案
・出張の手配(航空券、宿泊先、海外旅行保険)
・その他日常の総務業務全般
■営業事務の補佐
・請求書管理
・顧客データ管理
【以下の業務も徐々にお願いできればと思います】
・社内規程の整備構築
・取締役会、株主総会などの各種会議体議事録の補佐
・社内のガバナンスおよびコンプライアンス体制の構築
【変更の範囲】適性に応じて会社の指示する業務への異動を命じることがある - 必要な経験・能力:■必須スキル
下記のいずれかに該当する経験を持ち合わせる方
・営業事務の経験(1年以上)
・総務実務の経験(1年以上)
・Word Excel PPTをはじめとし、高いレベルでITソフトを使用できる方
■歓迎スキル
・スタートアップ/ベンチャー企業での横断的な総務実務の経験
・直近3~5年以内に、グロース市場でIPOを実現したスタートアップで上場準備の業務に携わった方 - 語学力:不要
- 勤務地:東京都
- 勤務時間:10:00~15:00
- 休日・休暇:完全週休2日制(土 日 祝日)
- 想定年収:400万円~600万円
- 条件・手当等:スタッフクラスの場合、10~50万程度支給
マネージャー以上でのご採用の場合、ストックオプション付与の可能性がございます。
