The Role
Employee Experience Associate(Engagement survey focus)はプロジェクトマネージャーの指導の下、主に従業員エンゲージメントサーベイに関するコンサルティングに従事します。従業員エンゲージメントサーベイの設計・実施・分析・報告の一連のプロジェクトを円滑に推進できるよう、クライアントニーズの把握、サーベイプラットフォームの設定、調査実施の支援、結果の分析・報告書の作成等の業務において貢献します。大規模でグローバルな調査を実施するにあたって、クライアントの事業や課題の理解に加えて、WTWのサーベイプラットフォームについて理解し、グローバルチームと連携しながらプロジェクトを進めることが求められます。従業員エンゲージメントサーベイに加えて、Employee Experienceに関する様々なプロジェクト(人的資本戦略、リーダーシップ開発、チェンジマネジメント、コミュニケーション支援、等)に参加する機会もあります。多様なプロジェクトに関わることで経験を積み、専門知識を得ることで、プロジェクトの一部を自らリードすることが期待されます。ようになります。
