【募集概要】
たちは、単なるSalesforceの導入(インプリ)や、戦略を提言するだけのITコンサルティングとは一線を画す、「成果にコミットする伴走型支援」を強みとするコンサルティングファームです。
今回募集するのは、Salesforce導入コンサルプロジェクトにおいて、顧客の経営課題やIT戦略の視点を持ちながら、実務的なPMOとしてプロジェクトを成功に導く「"フィールドセールス×PMO"ハイブリッド職」です。
「言われたものを作る」インプリパートナーの立場でもなく、「戦略を描いて終わり」のコンサルタントでもない、顧客の課題要望を正確に整理し、Salesforceを活用した業務改革を「実行」まで導く、非常に重要なポジションです。あなたのPM経験とSalesforceの知見を、顧客の真の課題解決のために活かしませんか?
【職務内容】
Salesforce(Sales Cloud、 Service Cloud、 Marketing Cloudなど)の導入・活用プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクト立ち上げ→推進を支援します。

【求める人材】
【必須経験】
・高いドキュメンテーション能力およびファシリテーション能力に加えて、下記いずれかのご経験がある方
- Salesforce導入プロジェクト、または他の主要SaaS/CRM
(Microsoft Dynamics, SAP C4Cなど)導入プロジェクトの経験(5年以上目安)
- PMO、またはプロジェクトリーダー/マネージャーとしての実務経験
(進捗管理表、課題管理表、WBSなどの作成・運用経験)
- ITコンサルティングファーム、SIer、またはSaaS事業での営業実務経験(6年以上目安)
【歓迎経験】
・Salesforce認定資格(認定アドミニストレーター、各種コンサルタント資格など)
・法人営業(BtoB)の実務経験(特にSFA/CRMのユーザーとしての経験は尚可)
・Salesforce以外のSaaS(MAツール、BIツールなど)に関する知見
・業務プロセス改革(BPR)の設計・改善経験
・50人月以上の中~大規模プロジェクトにおけるPM/PMO経験
・顧客の役員クラスへの提案・折衝経験
