Finance Controller (Sleep & Respiratory Care)

Job Description:

・Act as Finance Business Partner for Sleep and Respiratory Care projects.

・Develop business case including pricing and revenue model, margin development and resource/investment plans with business team

・Drive corporate projects (M&A/PMI etc.) with financial analysis and/or project management

・Analyzes and control budget

・Improve and sustain control capability and business integrity across a business team

・Contribute to country Finance team to enhance organization capability and competencies.

・Can demonstrate strong leadership and drive a business with upper level of management directly.

・High exposure to corporate executives in/outside Japan

Requirement

・Strong finance expertise in Business Partnering, Financial Planning and analysis more than 6yrs.

・Strong personal leadership in multi-function team with high level of business acumen

・Experience in international company

・Wider knowledge and skills in accounting, financial planning, Internal control and project management

【職務内容】

当社のSleep & Respiratory Care部門のコントローラーとしてビジネスパートナー業務に従事いただきます。

主な職責は以下のとおりとなります。

・ビジネスケースと投資計画の策定(価格戦略、流通戦略、開発・製造・販売・営業経費計画を含む財務計画)

・M&A、パートナーシップ提携、買収・合併後の統合等などの戦略的プロジェクトにおける分析・計画

・予算分析、管理等

・その他内部統制、組織開発等

強力なリーダーシップを発揮し、上位レベルの経営陣と直接ビジネスを推進することができます。

【求める経験・スキル】

・ビジネス パートナーシップ、財務計画、分析における 6 年以上

・多機能チームにおけるリーダーシップスキル

【語学】

・英語:ビジネス使用レベル以上(海外とのコミュニケーションが多々発生します。)

・日本語:母国語レベル(日本語の読み書きを含め、きわめて流暢な方を求めています。)

【担当ビジネスについて】

・睡眠呼吸障害治療機器、睡眠呼吸障害検査装置、人口呼吸器(病院)、在宅人工呼吸器、在宅酸素療法、呼吸ケア用品

当社が事業展開する「睡眠医療」の市場は現在顕在化している患者様が中心ですが、

今後は潜在層へアプローチしていくことで、マーケットはさらに成長し続けます。

Philips Japanにおいて、約半数の社員が在籍する最大のBusinessの1つであり、かつ収益性の高いビジネス領域です。

またビジネスモデルがユニークで収益の多くがサブスクリプションスキームとなります。

Smart SleepのようなB to Cの製品も2019年11月に日本で発売し、より質の良い睡眠をという消費者ニーズも取り込んでいます。

試用期間:試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

就業場所:東京本社 〒 東京都港区麻布台1-3-1 麻布台ヒルズ森JPタワー15階

就業時間:9:00-17:30 休憩時間:1時間

残業:月20時間前後

休日:年間休日125日、毎週土(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月4日)私傷病休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇等

有給休暇:初年度20日付与(入社月により異なる)

時間外労働:固定残業制

加入保険:社会保険(厚生年金保険、健康保険)・労働保険(雇用保険、労災保険)
