Driven by their desire to continue their international development, they are currently looking for an Asia Export Manager.

    ABOUT THE JOB

    Define the Commercial Strategy:
    • Undertake a comprehensive analysis of the Asian market landscape to formulate a robust commercial strategy.
    • Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with overall company goals.
    • Develop actionable plans to penetrate and expand market share in target regions within Asia.
    Implementation of Action Plans:
    • Translate strategic directives into tangible action plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and resources.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing and logistics to execute plans effectively.
    • Continuously monitor and adapt strategies based on market dynamics and emerging trends.
    Customer Needs Anticipation:
    • Proactively engage with existing customers to understand evolving needs and preferences.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to anticipate industry trends and customer demands.
    Distribution Network Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and direct customers across the region.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to distribution partners to optimize sales performance.
    • Implement effective channel management strategies to ensure broad market coverage and efficient distribution of products.
    Prospecting for New Markets:
    • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through systematic market research and analysis.
    • Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to enter untapped or under-penetrated markets.
    • Establish partnerships and alliances with local businesses and stakeholders to facilitate market entry and expansion.
    Market Intelligence and Reporting:
    • Monitor competitive activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Gather and analyze relevant data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
    Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade policies, and export laws across target markets.
    • Mitigate risks associated with currency fluctuations, geopolitical uncertainties, and other market-specific challenges.
    • Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests and assets.

    Requirements

    PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

    Technical Proficiency and Experience:
    • Demonstrated proficiency as a seasoned business developer, ideally with prior experience in a similar role within the food industry.
    • Possess a strong understanding of export operations, logistics, and distribution channels.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
