Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, managing relationships with recruitment agencies and ensuring timely completion of recruitment and onboarding tasks.The ideal candidate will have strong ownership and accountability for deliverables, high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
and a professional approachable service-oriented attitude.
The role requires proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint with experience working with Workday or similar HRIS systems being a strong advantage. Business-level proficiency Japanese English is required with additional languages being a plus.
