- 主にJLLの自社システム上のデータ確認・更新等のデータメンテナンス業務。JLL内で担当する海外の専門部門とのやり取り
- データ内容の検証、分析、コスト効率化実現のためのトランザクションの提案
- 提案したトランザクションがクライアントの合意を得られた場合、JLL海外トランザクション担当と連携しプロジェクトの実効を推進する。
- 原則オフィスでの勤務となりますが、リモートやサテライトオフィスでの業務も可能なため、柔軟で効率的な働き方が可能です。
- データ管理業務に抵抗がなく、データベースシステムの運用、エクセルシート上でのデータ管理が得意
- 英語ビジネスレベル:海外オフィスのデータ管理部門とのやり取りが日常的に発生するため(主にEメール)、英語での対応が必須
- 不動産業界出身者・不動産関連業務経験者であること(総務FM業務、オフィスビルのリーシング/仲介業務等)
- MS Office 中級以上:Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- 会計の基本知識を有している
- クライアント(日系大手企業)との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

主に日系企業の国内外不動産賃貸借契約のデータベースの運用、それをベースにしたソリューション提案、トランザクションマネジメントによる実施の管理全般を担っていただきます。
