    Roles and Responsibility

    【募集背景】 対象プロダクトに関する問い合わせが昨年度比2倍に増加しており、毎月のようにアクセスが増加しております。 その中で、PCI-DSSなどのセキュリティ要件をクリアしつつ、サーバーインフラをスケールさせることができるインフラエンジニアを募集しております。

    【具体的な業務内容】

    • データの暗号化アルゴリズムの実装
    • Grafanaなどのメトリクス分析・アラート設定
    • MySQL/PostgressなどのDBアップグレード
    • Dockerのメンテナンス
    • (将来的に)Fargate/ECSを用いたオートスケーリング

    • Our company is currently focusing on expanding the Marketing SaaS business. We provide the only domestically produced sales and marketing platform that can seamlessly execute and manage everything from customer acquisition to promotion and ordering, maximizing Lifetime Value (LTV). We develop and provide multiple products, including "Sales Management Tools," chat-based web customer service platforms, marketing automation, and on-site search ASP, to solve the challenges faced by our corporate clients in their businesses.

      [Recruitment Background]

      Inquiries about chat have doubled compared to the previous year, and access is increasing almost every month. Within this context, we are recruiting an infrastructure engineer who can scale server infrastructure while meeting security requirements such as PCI-DSS.

      [Specific Responsibilities]

      • Implementation of data encryption algorithms
      • Metrics analysis and alert settings using Grafana, etc.
      • Upgrading databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL
      • Maintenance of Docker
      • (In the future) Auto scaling using Fargate/ECS

      [Experience Gained in this Development Position]

      • Development and operation at PCI-DSS security level
      • Taking initiative in the growing chatbot market
      • Service development in a modern development environment (focused on , full utilization of AWS services, development productivity improvement using AI, CI/CD, UnitTest)
      • Collaboration with multiple systems in microservices
      • Participation in planning, implementation, and PDCA improvement
      • Team development with 10 or more members

    Minimum Requirements

    • AWSなどのパブリッククラウドの本番運用経験2年以上
    • Infrastructure as Codeへの理解
    • MySQLなどのRDBや、NoSQLに対する基本的な知見

      • Experience in production operation of public clouds such as AWS for 2 years or more
      • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code
      • Basic knowledge of RDBs such as MySQL and NoSQL

    • アーキテクチャー図を設計したことが有る経験
    • WebSocketでのインフラ構築経験
    • CI/CDを構築した経験

    Conditions / Benefits
