    YOUR ROLE

    • The Corporate HSC Manager is responsible for theplanning and delivery of Corporate Security, Corporate Health and Corporate SHEresponsibilities in assigned country Japan
    • For Corporate SHE this includes ensuring compliancewith local regulatory and Henkel SHE compliance requirements for office andR&D sites (non-production sites) and developing SHE management strategies,policies and practices, implemented in Japan
    • For Corporate Security, compliance with locallegal requirements and the Corporate Standard for Physical Security
    • For Corporate Health, the specific focus is on themandatory Health and Stress test for the Henkel Japan employees, as well as andthe Henkel Health Procedure with accompanying annual KPIs

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Experience in several of the fields and mastery of oneor more
    • Experience in Health and Safety
    • Incumbent needs to be able to interact with CorporateTeams, Country Execs and Site Managers
    • Engagement, autonomy, and resilience
    • Proficiency in English and Japanese
    • Judgement and analytical skills
