Services
Our department primarily provides audit and advisory services related to corporate tax and relevant accounting treatments as stipulated by accounting standards. Our members, who are experts in both accounting and tax matters, provide clients with advice tailored to their needs in relation to tax provisions, disclosures of tax risks, and the development of relevant processes and systems. With our support clients are able to navigate accounting and tax standards which continue to grow increasingly complex. Our team specializes in Japanese GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS, and is engaged in a variety of projects with major multinational corporations both in Japan and overseas.

Responsibilities
●Accounting audit services for tax-related journal accounts, including tax effect accounting
●Preparation of tax provision calculations, including tax effect accounting
●Advisory services related to disclosures of tax risks
●Advisory services related to the formulation/streamlining/improvement of tax-related bookkeeping processes
●Project management in collaboration with audit firms and international offices of the EY Group
Requirements and Qualifications
Manager

●5 or more years of experience with year-end closings, corporate tax return preparation, or accounting/tax advisory services at international/domestic accounting firms, tax firms, or other business enterprises
●Knowledge of international, Japanese, or US accounting standards (especially accounting standards for tax accounting)
