    About our Team

    You will join a team of proactive and project-driven Account Managers providing Legal data solutions for corporate markets. The focus is on customers, teamwork and results.

    About the Role

    Account Manager position exists to understand the legal & compliance market, achieve related products' upsell and renew target in region and meet company objectives in the areas of sales revenue, retention revenue, growth of base business and market penetration. Also leads and grows large accounts and strategic projects that will sustain our revenue structure going forward.

    Responsibilities

    • Taking a responsibility for full account management (including planning reporting and tracking) of all corporate related sales accounts (existing, new and potential) in the territory and maintain a sustainable and realistic pipeline of new business in line with company revenue goals.
    • Contacting and visit prospects and customers with a sales agenda to retain and grow revenue.
    • Working in close communication with training, customer support and marketing teams to achieve positive customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Qualifying new leads identified and passed to you by marketing and CS teams so that they become opportunities. Recording this in CRM
    • Displaying competence in the demonstration of all online products and in the ability to describe all print products.

    Requirements

    • Hold a bachelor's or equivalent experience
    • Have an understanding and expertise in computer hardware and software including Windows XP, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and the Internet
    • Have +5 years of related business experience, with sales and account management.
    • Have excellent English and Japanese oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
    • Have solid negotiation skills and the ability to network effectively both internally and externally
