Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Manulife/John Hancock! As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to new contracts, including receiving applications, conducting inspections, addressing deficiencies and resolving issues.

+ Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in life insurance business operations
  • Familiarity with insurance products and processes
+ Responsibilities:
  • Handling new contract applications
  • Conducting inspections and addressing deficiencies
+ Skills:
* Native-level Japanese communication skills
* Excellent communication skills (oral/written/presentation)
* Understanding of insurance products/processes
* Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
* Ability to analyze data and make logical decisions+ Benefits:
