    Position SummaryConsultant for the Workplace Strategy team mainly delivers projects under the guidance of a project leader. This person will be responsible for workplace project delivery, handling research, strategy-building, and change management. This person has experience with some aspects of strategic planning and change management of workplace transformation for global and/or local (preferably in Asia) firms. This person is a team player and good communicator towards clients, business partners and internal team. Some of the main duties include (but not limited to);
    • Collaborate with Project Leader on research, data analysis, and scenario building to form workplace strategy
    • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and handle survey data
    • Create a variety of documents from reports, presentations, workshop contents.
    • Exhibit knowledge of workplace trends
    • Deliver Change Management presentations,
    • Bring new ideas to the team on improving our services
    • Collaborate with other business lines within CBRE
    • Leverage knowledge within CBRE Japan, APAC and Global
    • Team Player who enjoys helping others

    Key Responsibilities
    Project delivery:
    • Build a strong communicative relationship with the clients and with the team
    • Plan and facilitate client workshops with executives (C-suite) and other level of organization
    • Assist on executive level client interviews (C-suite, head of departments)
    • Manage ones workload against the committed deliverables
    • Contribute to ideation sessions with the team
    • Define hypothesis and direct data research and analysis
    • Leverage and share workplace knowledge with the team locally and globally
    • Assist the Project Leader to develop logical, hypothesis and data-driven workplace recommendations (including workplace models, design principles and space budget)
    • Assist the Project Leader to strategize on Change Management scope and detail plan
    • Assist the Project Leader to deliver Change Management sessions
    • Collaborate on workplace design with third-party designers
    Business development and marketing:
    • Assist the Project Leader to create proposals and presentations
    • Network and build relationships with associated partners, vendors, etc

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
    • Logical thinker, empathetic, self-driven
    • Experience in transformation projects workplace, business, process, organization
    • Experienced workshop facilitator
    • Accurate and effective reporting skills
    • Ability to use data to support decisions
    • Bilingual in Japanese & English preferred
    • Understanding of trends and innovative workplaces
    • Strong communication and presentation skill
    • Strong Excel and Power Point skills
    • University graduate with relevant degree, including Master, preferred
    • Prior experience working for consultancy firms is a plus
