- Partner with regional On-Site Solutions team and our vendors to deliver the best-in-class Hospitality and Document Management Group (DMG) provisions. Build vendor relationship at a local level to ensure that GS continues to benefit from the broader relationship through collaborating with the regional and global team
- Ensure operations meet the highest Health & Safety and food standards in the Hospitality offerings and comply to the local regulations. Collaborate with Wellness, internal/external auditors, and other similar stakeholders to ensure compliance with Hygiene, Health, and Safety best practices
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders to support the operation, drive improvement and maximize the impact of client interactions
- Identify operating efficiencies and deliver an innovative solution
- Ensure adherence to audit protocols and risks are logged in the Vendor Risk Portal, and remediation plans are implemented in a timely manner
- Contribute to Real Estate projects, and drive Hospitality and DMG requirements supporting the design and operation of future amenity space
- Collaborate with the Sustainable Operations team to focus on sustainability across Hospitality and DMG businesses and Tier 2 diverse vendor spend
- Support an integrated workforce experience across On-Site Solutions, looking for opportunities to connect services provided by different teams
- Support and manage commercial relationships, service providers and strategic partners
- Support regional manager on liaison with revenue partners on industry trends & relationship with firm clients
- 3-5 minimum years experience as an operational manager with front of house hospitality experience
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Personal integrity, initiative, leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy

- Ability to develop credibility with clients

The Hospitality supports delivery of Reception, Conference, Catering and Ground Transportation Services and to provide consistent client experience in Tokyo align to regional and global standards and operating protocols. The Document Management Group supports delivery of Presentation, Production, Translation and Mail Services.

Departments include Capital Management, Events, Clients & Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development and On-Site Solutions, which is comprised of Document Management, Facilities, Ground Transportation and Hospitality.
Office of Global Security (OGS) - Protects the people and assets of Goldman Sachs to ensure a safe and secure environment. Assesses risk to enable the delivery of effective security, fire and life safety protocols and leads crisis management preparation, implementation and recovery processes. Includes Physical Security & Investigations, Executive Protection, Fire Safety and Crisis Management.
Chief Operating Office (COO) - Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include Communications and User Engagement, Business Unit Management and Campus & Building Experience Engineering.
