Job Description Job/Group Overview:
財務戦略部(Financial Planning & Strategy、呼称:「FP&S」)は、グループの持株会社である野村ホールディングスの、ファイナンス内の一部署で、グローバル本社機能の一部を担っております。
具体的には、野村グループの経営及びビジネスの意志決定を財務的観点からサポートする役割を担っており、経営及びビジネスが経営目標を達成していけるように、収益・費用及び資本を含めたグループ全体の財務状況を網羅的に把握・分析し、 よりよい財務基盤の構築、財務戦略・施策立案、案件執行等に取り組んでおります。
部全体では、40名弱の所属で、以下の業務を担当。
1野村グループの資本政策及び財務政策
2連結予算、連結管理会計
3Management Informationの観点からのビジネスサポート
4主要経費の管理、分析、および会計計上
5主に資本規制上のリスクエクスポージャー(RWA、Leverage Exposure)の、財務リソースの観点からの管理
6グループの再建計画・破綻処理計画の企画立案
7野村ホールディングスが提供する債務保証の管理
8野村ホールディングスが保有する投資有価証券ポジションの管理・政策保有株式に関する企画立案
9野村ホールディングスが実行する戦略的出資案件に関するファイナンス部門としての企画・支援
