    日系OEMのXC製品(ADAS、IVI、セントラルコンピューティングなど)プロジェクトのグローバル・カスタマープロジェクトマネージャーです。

    • 顧客プロジェクトの管理とプロジェクト目標の達成
    • 重要な顧客窓口として、関係を構築する
    • 海外のプロジェクトコアチームのリード
    • 製品開発プロセス全体を通じて、顧客プロジェクトの計画、管理、調整、モニタリング
    • QG会議/レビューの計画・準備と、マネジメントへのプロジェクト状況のレポーティング

    [Job description]

    Global customer project manager for Japanese OEM's pilot project of XC product. (e.g. ADAS, IVI, Central Computing, etc. )

    • Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
    • Being a key contact to the customer, build relationship
    • Leading the project core team in overseas
    • Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
    • Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management

    [必須の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド]

    • プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験 5年以上
    • 自動車産業でのご経験 5年以上
    • 日本語:N2+ ~ネイティブレベル
    • 英語:ビジネスレベル以上(目安:TOEIC650点以上)

    [あれば歓迎の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド]

    • 機械工学、電気工学、インダストリアルエンジニアリング(IE)、ソフトウェア工学の学位
    • 交渉力、プレゼン力、起業家的思考・行動
    • チームワークとコミュニケーション能力
    • 海外または海外チームでの実務経験

    [Required experience, skills, background]

    • 5+ years experience in project management
    • 5+ years experience in automotive industry
    • Japanese: N2+ ~ Native level
    • English: Business level (TOEIC over 650)

    [Desirable experience, skills, background]

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, industrial engineering or Software engineering
    • Negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
    • Safe appearance and good manners. Good presentation skills as well as a high degree of communication and teamwork
    • Working experience in overseas or international teams (preferable skill)
