光工場を中心としたGMSおよびGQのコミュニケーションをリードし、組織文化の醸成とレピュテーション向上を推進する役割です。グローバルに展開する製薬企業である武田において、光工場およびGMSGQジャパンの価値を社内外に発信し、「ベストインクラス」の組織づくりに直接貢献できる非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
GMSGQジャパンの方針に則り、光工場におけるコミュニケーション戦略を策定し、新たな組織文化をサイト全体に浸透させる。また、社内外コミュニケーションにより、「適切な情報を、適切なタイミングで、適切な相手に、適切な方法で」届けることでベストインクラスの組織づくりに貢献します。
