- レノボのコマーシャルビジネスにおける国内販売パートナーの担当営業となります。
- Smarter Technology For Allというレノボが掲げる使命の元、レノボが法人向けに提供する全ての製品・サービス・ソリューションの各領域における担当パートナーとのビジネスの成長を牽引し、またその責任を担っていただきます。
- 四半期毎に設定された販売目標を達成するための、販売計画の立案と活動を実行頂きます。
- 重要なパートナーにおけるビジネス成長を目的とした、パートナーアカウントプランの策定とプランに基づく営業活動を実行頂きます。
- 担当するパートナーの各ステークホルダーとの良好かつ緊密な関係を結び、強固な信頼関係の構築に努めて頂きます。
- 担当するパートナーの上層部との定期的なビジネスレビューを通じて、パートナーの経営陣目標や課題の理解とそれを解決し、成長 ■Key Interaction with:
- 担当するパートナー企業の各担当者並びに経営層
- パートナーアカウントチームとして共に活動する、社内の各営業ステークホルダー
- 製品、マーケティング、サプライチェーン、ファイナンスの各部門担当者
- エンドユーザーを担当する営業部門の各人
- パートナービジネスを円滑に進める為に必要な社外ステークホルダー(ディストリビューター、ISVパートナーの各社) ■Requirements: Must Have – essential
- IT業界での5年以上の営業経験
- 標準的なPCスキル
- 与えられた販売目標の達成に向けた強い意欲
- 好奇心旺盛で新しい知識や経験を貪欲に取り入れる姿勢
- チームワークと円滑なコミュニケーション Good to have – desirable
- 大手システムインテグレーター担当営業経験、或いはIT機器リセラー・システムインテ―グレーターへの勤続経験
- IT業界での5年以上のチャネルパートナー営業経験
- 英語での読み書きが可能なレベル
- 各種IT・情報系の有資格
- PCやサーバ、ストレージ、セキュリティ、各種ITサービス、クラウドコンピューティング、AIなどについての製品やトレンドへの理解
