    Roles and Responsibility

    成長フェーズにおいて、更なる組織拡大を見据えカスタマーサクセス部門の強化が必須となり、組織全体をグロースし牽引するマネジメントポジションの採用を行います。

    【業務内容】

    本ポジションは、チームのKPI達成や抱える課題の解決し、プロダクトの成長と顧客ロイヤリティを高める為の施策とマネジメント業務全般を行っていただきます。またChurn Rateやヘルススコアの改善を図る為、関係チームと連携。顧客目線でプロアクティブに導入・運用に至るフロー強化とマネジメントを実施。当部門のパフォーマンスを最大化するための戦略・実行していただきます。具体的には次の業務を想定しております。

    • 契約締結から初期設定の運用に至るシームレスなオンボーディングのスキーム構築及び運用
    • オンボーディング納期遵守の向上に向けた施策と運用
    • Churn Rateの改善及びMRR(月間定額収益)向上に向けた施策と運用
    • English here To further grow and evolve, we are currently devising roadmaps for launching new features and services. In this phase of growth, as we anticipate further organizational expansion, strengthening the Customer Success department is essential. Therefore, we are hiring management positions to lead and grow the entire organization. [Job Description] In this position, you will be responsible for achieving team KPIs, addressing challenges, and implementing measures to enhance product growth and customer loyalty. You will also collaborate with relevant teams to improve Churn Rate and Health Score, strengthen onboarding processes, and manage operations proactively from the customer's perspective. You will strategize and execute to maximize the department's performance. Specifically, the following tasks are anticipated:
      • Establishing and operating a seamless onboarding scheme from contract signing to initial setup and operation.
      • Implementing measures and operations to improve onboarding deadline compliance.
      • Implementing measures and operations to improve Churn Rate and increase MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).

    Minimum Requirements

    • IT領域でのカスタマーサクセス経験
    • IT領域ツールの導入コンサルティング業務経験またはSierに関する業務知見
    • プロジェクトマネジメントに関する経験
    • English here We are seeking candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
      • Customer Success experience in the IT field.
      • Experience in consulting for the introduction of IT tools or knowledge of operations related to Sier.
      • Experience in project management.

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment system: Full time

    Location: Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo

    Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,300,000 JPY*Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

    *The above amount includes fixed overtime allowance (50 hours)*Pay raise opportunities twice a year (April, October)*Bonuses twice a year (May, November)

    Hours: 10:00 ~ 19:00

    *In the case of a secondment, the regulations of the seconded company shall apply.
