【仕事内容】JMDC傘下の小児・眼科特化型CROである同社にて、主に企業治験・医師主導治験における以下のデータマネジメント業務を
担当していただきます。
■業務詳細
・DM業務手順書の立案・策定
・症例報告書(eCRF)の立案・設計
・EDC関連仕様書、CSVドキュメント、EDC入力マニュアル等の作成・レビュー
・データ点検計画の立案、データ点検仕様書の策定
・データ運用管理・推進、データ点検の実施・レビュー
・メディカルコーディング(MedDRA、WHO Drug)
・症例検討会資料の立案・策定
・DBロック対応、DM業務報告書の作成・レビュー
・プロジェクト管理(業務スケジュール調整、クライアント他社との窓口対応等)

【求める人材】
■必須条件
・製薬会社またはCROでの治験におけるデータマネジメント業務経験5年以上
・上記業務おけるクライアント対応経験者
・小規模な組織マネジメント経験者
■歓迎条件
・CDISC(CDASH、SDTM)対応経験者
・SASプログラミング経験者
・英語の読み書きに抵抗のない方
■求める人物像:
・DM業務(主にCROでの業務)に精通している方
・リーダー候補として組織の方向性を部門長と共に思考していただける方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
