Responsibility(職務内容)

• Enhancing ROI of Management Activities: Drive and refine the management cycle from corporate side to meet business goals efficiently and effectively. Coordinate diverse stakeholders including executives, manage schedules, and propose critical agendas from a corporate perspective, for management-related meetings and company-wide events.
• 経営効率化:ビジネス目標を効率的に達成するために、コーポレート観点から経営サイクルの推進と改善を担っていただきます。これには、経営陣含む様々な関係者との調整、スケジュール管理、経営会議や重要イベントに関しコーポレート観点からのアジェンダを提案することを含みます。
• Governance and Compliance: Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive corporate governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulations like Company Law and the SOX Act. Facilitate key meetings such as Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings.
• ガバナンスとコンプライアンス:会社法やSOX法などの規制に準拠するための包括的なガバナンスフレームワークの構築、維持、更新を担っていただきます。これには、取締役会や株主総会などの重要会議の運営サポートを含みます。
• Special Projects: Lead non-routine corporate initiatives such as establishing new subsidiaries and overseeing IPO-related activities, if applicable.
• 非定型的プロジェクト:新規子会社の設立やIPO関連活動など、非定型的なコーポレートプロジェクトをリードいただきます。

Requirements

Required experience

• Leading BPR (Business Process Reengineering)-related project as PMO (Project Management Office) to enhance corporate governance (コーポレートガバナンス向上に係るBPRプロジェクトをPMOとしてリードした経験)
• Language skills (語学力)
• English (Business level)
• Japanese (Business level)

Nice to have experience

• Leading multiple projects in a consulting firm or the corporate planning department of a company, such as the projects for the transformation of client/company's decision-making structures(コンサルティングファームまたは事業会社の経営企画部門において、クライアントや自社の経営に係る意思決定構造の改革プロジェクトなどを複数主導した経験)
• Directly collaborating with the management members on matters related to company governance(経営陣と直接連携しつつガバナンス関連対応を行った経験)
• Managing Board Meeting and/or Shareholders Meeting (取締役会・株主総会の事務局)
• Managing the corporate administrative operation at a global/tech company (グローバル企業やテクノロジー企業における管理業務のリード経験)
• Expertise in either Company Law, Financial accounting, Management accounting or Tax (会社法、財務会計、管理会計、税務のいずれかに係る専門知識)
