    ■ポジション概要
    SAP・Odoo導入プロジェクトにおいて、業務部門との要件整理からFit/Gap分析、基本設計、設定、テスト支援、稼働(Go-Live)後の定着までを一貫して担当いただきます。
    顧客・社内チーム・海外チームと連携しながら、プロジェクト推進の中核として業務とシステムの橋渡しを担うポジションです。

    ■具体的な業務内容

    • ERP(SAP)プロジェクトの要件定義~導入・稼働支援
    ∟要件調査、導入方針策定、設計、実装、稼働支援まで一連のフェーズに参画

    2.業務部門とのコミュニケーションを通じた業務整理・成果物作成
    ∟業務プロセスの整理・可視化
    ∟以下のドキュメント作成
    ・要件定義書(要求仕様)
    ・業務フロー図(As-Is/To-Be)
    ・システム解決方針(Fit to Standard/Fit to Gap)


    • SAPモジュール領域における設計・設定・テスト支援
    ∟基本設計(Basic Design)
    ∟SAP設定(Customizing)
    ∟テスト計画の策定および支援(UT(単体)/IT(結合)/UAT(受入))

    4.開発チームとの協業(拡張・追加開発支援)
    ∟機能仕様書(Functional Spec)の作成
    ∟追加開発(ABAP/SAP BTP など)に対する要件面・設計面の支援

    5.切替・教育・稼働後サポート
    ∟本番切替(Cutover)計画および実施支援
    ∟ユーザートレーニング
    ∟稼働後の運用定着支援(問い合わせ対応・改善提案 等)

    6.ステークホルダー調整・コミュニケーション
    ∟顧客、社内チーム、海外チームと連携し、円滑な合意形成・推進を実施

    Position Summary

    In SAP/Odoo implementation projects, you will be responsible for everything from requirements analysis with business departments to fit/gap analysis, basic design, configuration, testing support, and post-go-live implementation.

    This position will act as a core driver of project implementation, bridging the gap between business operations and the system, while collaborating with clients, internal teams, and overseas teams.

    ■ Specific Job Duties

    • ERP (SAP) project requirements definition to implementation and go-live support
    ∟ Participate in all phases of the project, from requirements research, implementation policy formulation, design, implementation, and go-live support


    • Organize business processes and create deliverables through communication with business departments
    ∟ Organize and visualize business processes

    ∟ Create the following documents:


    • Requirements definition document (requirements specification)
    • Business flow diagram (As-Is/To-Be)
    • System solution policy (Fit to Standard/Fit to Gap)
    • Design, configuration, and testing support for SAP module areas
    ∟ Basic design
    ∟ SAP configuration (customizing)
    ∟ Test plan development and support (UT (standalone)/IT (integrated)/UAT (acceptance))


    • Collaborate with development teams (support for expansion and additional development)
    ∟ Creation of functional specifications
    ∟ Additional development (ABAP/SAP BTP) Support requirements and design for cutovers, etc.


    • Cutover, Training, and Post-Go Support
    ∟ Cutover planning and implementation support
    ∟ User training
    ∟ Post-going operation establishment support (responding to inquiries, proposing improvements, etc.)


    • Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
    ∟ Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and overseas teams to smoothly build and promote consensus

    Requirements

    必須スキル・経験 以下すべてを満たす方
    ・ERP/SAP導入プロジェクトにおける3年以上の経験
    ・SAPモジュール(FI/CO/SD/MM/PS)のいずれかの知識・経験
    ・導入プロジェクトの一連工程に参画し経験
    ・業務部門と立してコミュニケーションを取った経験
    ・SAPプロジェクトで必要となる標準ドキュメントの理解・作成経験
    歓迎スキル・経験 ・ビジネスレベル以上英語力
    ・SAP BTP/Side-by-Side拡張の知識・導入経験
    求める人物像 ・業務とシステムの両面から整理し、関係者へ分かりやすく説明できる方
    ・顧客・社内・海外など多様な関係者と協力して推進できる方
    ・課題を構造化し、解決策に落とし込む力がある方
    ・ドキュメント品質とコミュニケーション品質の両方に責任を持てる方

    必要言語・レベル ・日本語:
    ビジネスレベル以上


    Required Skills and Experience:

    Meet all of the following:

    • 3+ years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation projects
    • Knowledge and experience of one of the SAP modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/PS)
    • Experience participating in the entire implementation project process
    • Experience communicating independently with business departments
    • Experience understanding and creating standard documentation required for SAP projects

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Business-level or above English proficiency
    • Knowledge and implementation experience of SAP BTP/SidebySide extensions

    Desired Profile:

    • Ability to organize business and system aspects and explain them clearly to stakeholders
    • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, internal staff, and overseas stakeholders
    • Ability to structure issues and translate them into solutions
    • Ability to take responsibility for both document quality and communication quality

    Required Languages and Levels:

    • Japanese: Business-level or above
