- Develops the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships.
- Oversees assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, swift response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, supporting internal stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.
- Acts as day-to-day point of contact for the client.
- Identifies opportunities to evolve client business for incremental account growth
- Serves in a consultative role to the client, advising client management on the best way to achieve short and long term goals.
- Manages overall relationship profitability of clients with varying levels of complexity
- Promotes firm services/product offerings that solve client tasks and achieve account growth
- Continually evaluates client needs and ensures sustained client engagement
- Develops, tracks and reports on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio.
- Contributes to the development of team metrics, dashboards and roadmaps.
- Ensures client onboarding and risk management activities are conducted effectively.
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- + work experience. Financial Services experience is preferred, with a particular client type or product, as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management
