- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Security division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and requirements
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings, and preparing competitive quotes for procurement purpose
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, services, invoices, etc.
- Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures on daily basis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies and budget availability for required items
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies, reports, automations, playbooks, etc. to optimize costs, improve efficiency, provide informative and timely reports on overall performance of BU on Financial side
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
- Conduct financial analyses and forecasts to support decision-making processes
- Assist in budget planning and control activities, identifying risks and opportunities
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support departmental and organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and finance
- Ensure monitoring all provided formats by vendors to match with company's policies and requirements
- Monitor Approval flow from all stakeholders to have POs issued and invoices processed on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement and finance roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and financial principles
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Familiarity with procurement tools and software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, products, and services
- Professional certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
