クラウドサービスのエンジニアとして働いてみませんか?AWS サポートエンジニアリングチーム (旧組織名: プレミアムサポート) では、AWS のクラウドサービスを活用しているお客様を技術的に支援するクラウドサポートエンジニアを募集しています。
本ポジションは大阪勤務となります。
■クラウドサポートエンジニアとは
クラウドサポートエンジニアの仕事は「技術力でお客様のイノベーションをお手伝いすること」です。日々のお問合せ対応を通じて様々なお客様の様々なユースケースに携わることができるため自然と学び続けることができる環境です。また、お客様のお問合せから見えてくる AWS サービスの課題・改善点をサービス開発チームにフィードバックすることも重要な仕事です。他にも AWS re:Invent などのイベントでの登壇・発表などクラウドや AWS の啓蒙活動も行っています。
サポートエンジニアリングチームでは 24 時間 365 日、日本語による技術サポートを提供しています。お問合せの手段としては Web フォーム・電話・チャットを用意しています。日本語サポートチームの拠点は海外にもあり、タイムゾーンごとに複数名でカバーしているため夜間勤務の必要はありません。また終業間際に緊急度の高いお問い合わせをいただいたとしても次の拠点へ引き継ぐ体制が整っているためワークライフハーモニーが実現しやすい環境です。
■クラウドサポートアソシエイト採用について
本ポジションは 1 ~ 3 年程度の実務経験 (エンジニア職以外も含む) をお持ちの方を対象としております。入社後はクラウドサポートアソシエイトとして 1 年程度の育成を前提としており、AWS やクラウド、IT エンジニアの経験が無い方でもトレーニングや OJT (On the Job Training) を通じて短期間に実践的なスキルの習得が可能です。社内検定プログラムを修了することで、高い技術力と課題解決力、ソフトスキルを備えたクラウドサポートエンジニアとして認められます。
■プロファイル制度について
サポートエンジニアリングチームでは、200 を超えるサービスを 10 の技術分野 (プロファイル) に分けチームで対応しています。以下はプロファイルの一覧と主な担当領域です。
- Analytics : データ分析、データロード、データ可視化
- BigData : ビッグデータ、機械学習、ブロックチェーン
- Database : データベースエンジン、データベース基盤、データベース管理
- Deployment : コンテナ、デベロッパーツール
- DMS (Development and Mobile Services) : サーバレス、ウェブとモバイル、IoT、カスタマーエンゲージメント
- Linux : コンピューティング(Linux)、マイグレーション
- Networking : ネットワークファウンデーション、エッジネットワーク、ハイブリッド接続、ネットワークセキュリティ
- SCD (Storage and Content Delivery) : ストレージ、コンテンツ配信、メディアサービス
- Security : セキュリティ、アイデンティティ、コンプライアンス
- Windows : コンピューティング(Windows)、AD、ビジネスアプリケーション
なお本ポジションの配属先チームに関しては、ご自身の適性とお客様のニーズに応じて最適なチームを提案させていただきます。
入社してから配属までに 1 ヶ月間のトレーニングを受講いただけます。配属後もメンター制のオンボーディング期間がありますので、テクニカルサポート未経験の方でも安心して業務を始めることができます。

■どんな方にチャレンジしていただきたいか?
クラウドサポートエンジニアにとって重要なスキルは、技術スキル・コミュニケーションスキルです。
ただし本ポジションについては現時点の技術スキルよりも、技術が好きであること、学ぶことが好きであることが何より重要です。日々進化を続ける AWS サービスのサポートエンジニアにとって、技術的な好奇心や探究心は最も大切なマインドセットだからです。なおクラウドサポートエンジニアは AWS の環境を自由に利用して自己研鑚や検証などに役立てることができます。サポートエンジニアリング では充実した研修制度を用意しているため、これまでクラウド環境に触れたことがない方やテクニカルサポート未経験の方でも安心して業務に取り組むことができます。
コミュニケーションスキルも重要です。お客様の声に耳を傾け、相手のニーズを包括的に理解し、それに応じた回答を的確にお伝えし、お客様に寄り添いながら問題解決していくことがクラウドサポートエンジニアの最も重要な仕事だからです。
また日本語サポートを提供する中でも英語を使う機会はあります。状況に応じて海外のサポートチームや開発・運用チームと連携する場合があり、その際のやり取りは英語となります。テキストでのやり取りが中心となるため、必要となるのは英語の読み書きのスキルとなります。なお社内翻訳ツールが使用可能です。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- オペレーティングシステムの基礎的な知識(Linux/Windowsのどちらか、または両方)
