今回募集するポジションは、出荷・配送管理システムを用いた配送の効率化を目指すチーム(Supply Chain Optimization)にて、さらなるシステムやオペレーションの効率化、コスト削減機会の施策立案及び実行を担っていただきます。
そのため本ポジションはデータ分析のスキル (pivotや関数を使用したExcelによる分析、データ抽出に必要なSQL) が必要となります。またファイナンス部門、販売部門、輸送およびサプライチェーン部門内の他チームと積極的なコミュニケーションを取り、協業を行います。なおEC、物流、生産などの業務経験者のみならず、データ分析については機械学習による将来の予測など新たなエリアにチャレンジしたい意欲のある方を広く募集します。
主な職務、業務と求められる能力
• データに基づいた分析とレポート:各種データや指標を分析し、利害関係者への情報共有とレポート作成を担当します。複雑なサプライチェーンの仕組みを自ら理解し、膨大なデータを効果的に深掘りする必要があります。そのため高度な理解力および論理的思考力が求められます。
• 配送効率改善の施策立案と実行:分析結果を元に課題を特定し、出荷・配送効率改善やコスト削減を実現するための施策の立案と実行をします。関係各所と連携を行い、プロジェクトマネジメントを担います。
• 日本へのシステムの導入:各種システムの新規機能導入及び機能拡張を開発チームと協業し、実装、運用まで担当します。システムの開発および改修は一括して本社で行われ、米国に展開後に各地域へ展開されます。日本特有のビジネス背景を加味して導入の優先度を判断し、仕様をローカライズしたり、日本のビジネス・オペレーションに与える影響を見極めて関係者との調整を行ったりしたり、と導入までの窓口の役割を果たします。日本語及び英語で立場の違うメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション力が求められます。
• サポート:担当システムに関し、社内ユーザーからの問合せ対応や問題特定の実施を行い、解決までのサポートを行います。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年生大学 学士号または同等の経験- 3年以上のシステム開発、システムエンジニア、テクニカルコンサルタント等システムに纏わる経験
- Excel(集計関数やピボットテーブルを使った分析)や、SQL/Oracle/Redshift等のデータベースを使用したデータ分析経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(会議の司会進行やビジネス文書の読み書きが可能なレベル)
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 高いコミュニケーション能力- 大手メーカー・小売・ITサービスなどで5年以上のデータ分析、またデータに基づく業務改善経験
