日本のコベストログループ4社の購入品、サービスについての購買業務

・生産計画会議等への参加および生計のプランニングへの対応

・技術からの依頼に応じて、購買仕様書や各種化学品安全に関わる書面(SDS、chemSHERPA、RMQ)の締結

・SAP操作(Agreementの作成・更新・価格情報のメンテナンス)

・発注業務に関わる各種コーディネーション(POEへの指示・変更・請求ミスへの対応)

・サプライヤ―管理・監査

・下請法・独禁法、各種法令順守

・グローバルシステムへの文書保管・報告対応(P4U、CoVAL、LCM等)

Purchasing operations for purchased goods and services of the four Covestro Group companies in Japan

・Participation in production planning meetings, etc. and support for livelihood planning

・Conclusion of purchasing specifications and documents related to various chemical product safety (SDS, chemSHERPA, RMQ) in response to requests from engineers

・SAP operations (Agreement creation/update/maintenance of price information)

・Various coordination related to ordering operations (instructions and changes to POE, response to billing errors)

・Supplier management/audit

・Compliance with the Subcontract Act, Antimonopoly Act, and various other laws and regulations

・Document storage and reporting to global systems (P4U, CoVAL, LCM, etc.)

・大学卒業以上

・5年以上の企業就業経験

・英語:読み書きができる(目安TOEIC600点以上)

・日本語:顧客との交渉ができる会話力、契約書が理解できる読解力

・化学、経営学またはそれらに準ずる専攻学位

・化学業界または樹脂プラスチック業界での就業経験

・購買業務経験

・SAP操作経験

・英語:ビジネスレベルの会話力

・University graduate or above

・Over 5 years of corporate work experience

・English: Able to read and write (Estimated TOEIC score of 600 or higher)

・Japanese: Conversation ability to negotiate with customers, reading ability to understand contracts

・Chemistry, business administration, or equivalent major degree

・Work experience in the chemical industry or resin plastic industry

・Purchasing work experience

・SAP operation experience

・English: Business level conversation skills
