    CHI SPA Therapist

    Skills and Experience

  • Oral and written proficiency in English and Japanese
  • 3 years experience in beauty field (body and facial)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
  • Internationally recognized qualifications (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or local equivalent), advantage
  • College graduate or its equivalent
  • Computer Literate

    スキルと経験

  • 業務を遂行できる日本語、英語力
  • コンピューター操作
  • 3年間の美容業界での経験(ボディーとフェイシャル)
  • 最低1年間の同等業務の経験
  • 国際的認知のある資格 (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or local equivalent)あれば尚良し
  • カレッジ卒業又は同等の資格
  • コンピューター操作

    • BENEFITS

  • Overtime allowance : Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
  • Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
  • Transportation fare : Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 50,000.-).
  • Merit Salary Increment : Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
  • Career development : Shangri-La Group is well known for its internal development program and with the upcoming opening of the Shangri-La in Kyoto, there is ample of opportunities in each field.
