    Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
    ・ 業界全体や個別の競合動向を把握し、市場変化に対するクレ・ド・ポー ボーテブランドの成長機会を特定する

    ・ ブランド中期計画・年間計画に基づき、顧客のブランド体験向上を実現する購買スペース、カウンター&VMD戦略立案と企画開発

    ・ OMOを活用した顧客体験、インタラクティブコンテンツの企画・開発。

    ・ ブランドホルダーのVMD担当者として、各リージョンや主要国の担当者とのカウンター導入推進、カウンターデザインの調整をリード

    ・ ブランドシンボリックストアの企画・開発推進、セルフチャネルにおけるVMD戦略の立案

    ・ 関連部門と協働しシーズナルVMD展開のプランニングと提案。および承認後の制作・推進

    ・ VMDにかかる社内外の関与者との調整し、ツール斡旋に向けた案内書の作成、ガイドラインの定期的メンテナンスを実施

    ・ シーズナルVMDの展開後、KPI達成度やブランドエクイティチェック等を行い、PDCAを実行

    Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
    ・ VMD業務の実務経験5年以上

    ・ グローバルブランドの商品企画、マーケティング企画、マーケティングコミュニケーション企画、販売促進企画に関する基礎知識

    ・ 直面するビジネス課題に対し、自ら発案し計画を強く推進するチカラがある

    ・ 異なる組織間と連携するうえで高いコミュニケーション能力を発揮し、重要なミッションを実現する

    ・強いリーダーシップを発揮し、難しい課題にも最後まで取り組み達成することができる

    ・ ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力

    Desired Qualifications
    ・化粧品業界・ラグジュアリーブランドでのVMD経験または、専門知識を有すること

    ・ラグジュアリーブランドのフラッグシップストア企画・開発推進経験

    ・セルフチャネルにおけるVMD戦略の立案経験
