入社後の流れ
座学研修からスタート
1カ月目
座学研修:接客やソフトバンクの商品知識等
2~4カ月目
先輩社員のサポート業務
→4~6カ月目以降~
ご来店者様の受付業務から始め、
徐々にお仕事に慣れて頂きます。
~お仕事内容~
ソフトバンクの販売店にて、
お客様の受付や接客、
販売業務をメインにお仕事をお任せ致します。
・お客様情報等のデータ入力
・商品陳列や店舗のPOP作成等の販促企画や運営
・スマホや携帯電話の操作案内
・ご来店者様の受付業務
・料金プランのご案内や受付
・スマホや携帯、タブレット等の販売
将来的には、マネージャーや人事職等
キャリアアップが可能な環境です
個人の携帯電話のキャリアは問いません。
ドコモやエーユー(au)、楽天モバイル等、

正社員:月給258,000円~358,000円スタート
試用期間:3~6ヶ月:235,000円以上~ (スキルに応じ短縮有)
資格取得で資格手当てを別途支給
