    リテールカスタマー向けの審査業務およびプロジェクト対応業務。与信判断ではクレジットポリシーに従い、顧客のグループ構成、包括的なビジネス内容の把握、各種財務指標に基づく財務分析、業績評価を行っていただきます(日本語)。プロジェクトでは他メンバーと共に要件定義、テストシナリオ作成や実際のテストを行っていただきます。

    POSITION DETAIL

    Title: Credit Analyst

    Credit assessment and credit underwriting of Retail customers in the Passenger Car segment and project management (or project co-lead with manager). The credit risk assessment includes a full understanding of the borrower's group structure and the comprehensive analysis of the borrower's business and financial performance in terms of business strategy evaluation, profitability, cash flows, liquidity, leverage, stability and other analysis. The credit assessment and the respective analysis should be written in Japanese and shall comply with local credit policy.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    -Perform credit assessment of Retail customers

    -Analyze customer's business and financials (P&L, liquidity, cash flows, B/S structure, funding strategy etc.)

    -Assess collateral risk

    -Underwrite the result of analysis and decision in a system in Japanese

    -Communication of the credit decision to call center team and RMs

    -Negotiation with external providers of credit information

    -Explain the rationale of credit decision recommendation to higher approval levels regularly (Senior analyst, Manager and Head of Credit)

    -Contribute to further enhancements and re-design of credit assessment processes for digitalization, automation and increase of Dealer/Customer satisfaction

    -Lead and/or contribute to credit related projects on local, regional and global level.

    -Team building and people development of junior members

    CAREER PATH

    -Analyst position of retail credit and project management position in Credit Ops

    -After working for a few years in this position, the position holder has a possibility to learn dealer/fleet credit and support the credit assessment

    Qualifikationen

    応募資格

    -大学にて経営学、金融学、経済学、統計学あるいは同等の学部を専攻であると好ましい。ただし職務経験とモチベーションを優先

    -金融機関、外部調査機関、その他金融関係業で3年以上与信業務経験がある方

    -割賦販売法、貸金業法など各種金融関係法令に高い理解のある方

    -プロジェクト参加経験のある方

    言語

    -日本語:ネイティブレベル

    -英語:現時点では不問。ただし強い意識をもって英語学習、英会話に取り組めること

    -土日祝日を含むシフト勤務です。オフィス勤務(幕張)と在宅勤務のハイブリッド勤務(月に7-日オフィス出勤)ですが、トレーニング期間中は出社いただく予定です。

    REQUIREMENTS

    1. Education & work experience

    -A university degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics or equivalents are desirable, but not required. We rather prioritize work experiences and motivation.

    -At least 3 years of credit underwriting experience in the credit area of banks / financial institutions/ credit rating agencies/ financial service provider etc.

    -Understand of financing related Japanese laws (Money lending, installment credit etc.)

    -Knowledge in automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory

    -Project management experience

    2. Technical Knowledge

    -Japanese: Native level

    -English: Advanced level in reading, writing and speaking, preferred. Or strong willing to learn and write/speak in English

    -MS Office: Intermediate

    3. Desirable person

    -Advanced financial analysis competency to make accountable credit decisions

    -Analytical, Logical thinker

    -Active participation and contribution to new initiatives and smooth communication inside and outside the company

    -Ability to work customer oriented

    -Strong willing to learn and communicate in English

    -Customer oriented and willing to go extra miles

    -Willing to enjoy challenges, changes and diversified working environment

    4. Working style/ culture

    -Hybrid work model – at Office (7- days / month) or home. Trainings will be conducted in office.
