Job Description
Design, verification and simulation of Power MOSFET block including Sense MOSFET & Temperature sensor meeting performance, area and power specifications.
Take technical leadership for Power FET and driving it from specification to production ramp.
Qualifications
Must:
Typically 5 – 8 years experience as semiconductor designer
Familiar with details of product development: design method, design process, CAD tool, design for test, physical design, system application.
Understanding thermal design of Driver IC
Ability to support and mentor less experienced team members.
Language Skills:
English: Can have daily conversation / Japanese: Can understand conversation.
Want:
Experience in development of automotive applications or products
Experience in Smart Power IC or Power MOSFET product line.
