    Job DescriptionThis position is based in South Korea.

    The VIP Sales Executive is responsible for presenting and selling Vacation Introduction Program to the guests who did not purchase out property after the sales presentation (tour) while conducting post tour survey with alignment of H.I.L.T.O.N. Values.

    The VIP Sales Agent is also responsible for representing the spirit of service as well as the culture of Hilton brand, and conduct the following roles with high level of performance to success of HGV and the increase the number of owners.

  • Conduct presentation of Vacation Introduction Program to the guests who did not purchase out property after the sales presentation (tour) while conducting post tour survey
  • Retain level of the VIP sales percentage which company targets (Ref. value:13.5%)
  • Conduct deeding to the VIP purchaser in align with the regulations
  • Follow-up all VIP purchaser by phone, email or other method to avoid the cancellation
  • Cooperate with Sales Managers, Sales Leaders, Sales Executives where you operate to achieve team and company target
  • Manage all sales related documents, materials/tools and customer communications
  • Support administrative tasks for sales gallery
  • Carries out all other reasonable requests by management of which the Team Member is capable of performing
  • This position will be based in the Seoul, South Korea office

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Able to read, write and speak Korean language
  • Skilled in using presentation, negotiation and appropriate interpersonal skills to influence guest purchase decision
  • Adjustability within a frequently changing environment
  • Intermediate ability to use computer software specific to job
