    Position Summary:This talent organizational specialist role is responsible for majority delivery of non-executive training / initiatives and supports development & design of each training program / initiatives and administrative activities.


    Key Responsibilities:Organizational DevelopmentFacilitates LOB specific initiatives with support from Director, Talent Development & Learning.
    Supports administrative activities accordingly.

    Supports / in charge of part of development / design of OD initiatives with support from Director, Talent Development & Learning.

    Learning & DevelopmentFully in charge of delivery of New Grads training program.

    Delivers major mart of non-executive training programs, both of mandatory trainings and open-enrollment trainings as a trainer with support from Director, Talent Development & Learning.

    Supports administrative activities accordingly.

    Supports or in charge of part of development / design of each training program with support from Director, Talent Development & Learning.
