Brand Manager – Livestock Division, Swine Marketing & Technical Service Group
The Brand Manager will report to the Group Manager of the Swine Marketing & Technical Service Group and will be responsible for marketing activities related to swine vaccines.
1. Basic Purpose of the Job
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned products to achieve sales targets.
- Provide value-added information and education to customers and distributors, enhancing the value of both the products and the company, and contributing to the sales growth of swine products.
2. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement action plans based on the brand strategy, monitor progress, and achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze relevant market data and formulate effective brand strategies aligned with global strategic directions.
- Create promotional materials that enhance the value proposition of assigned products.
- Provide value-added information and educational support to customers and distributors to drive product expansion and market share growth.
- Lead pipeline development for new products and manage new product launch projects.
- Participate in digital channel development projects and lead the creation and delivery of digital content.
- Collaborate with Technical Services and the Sales team, and work with universities, related organizations, and field veterinarians to design and conduct marketing studies for assigned products. Publish meaningful study outcomes in journals, conferences, and other professional venues.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry by attending conferences, reviewing current literature, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders; share relevant information within the team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, and stakeholders critical to the company's success.
3. Required Experience & Qualifications
〈Must〉
- Veterinary license and a valid driver's license
- Experience in sales, marketing, or technical services in the animal health or feed industry
- Strong understanding of livestock production systems, diseases, and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Project management skills to drive initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in data/statistical analysis using analytical tools
- Ability to travel as required
