You'll be providing high-quality support to the Risk and Quality (R&Q) team to enhance the PwC brand amongst our people. You will have to be a leader with purpose and value driven at every level. You will be required to provide advice to business teams within PwC and in accordance with PwC standards.

In this exciting starting position, you will:

Provide support in ensuring that all applicable risk management, independence and quality matters are embedded in the firm's day to day processes;

Provide support to the R&Q Senior Manager in performing compliance testing and to assist in internal audits;

Monitor the timely completion of e-learning and send reminders as required;

Perform monthly reconciliations;

Provide support to the R&Q Senior Manager to ensure that the Ethics and Compliance standards plans are being implemented and addressed as per the agreed timeline;

Be part of the Information Security and Data Privacy Committee and provide support to the R&Q Senior Manager and Risk Champions to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701;

Assist the R&Q Senior Manager in Business Continuity matters for the firm and help maintain the ISO 22301 Certification.

Provide support in preparing training materials and communications on risk, independence and quality matters;

Arrange meetings as required and manage information to support these meetings;

ssist the R&Q Senior Manager in reviewing local laws and assess any impact on the firm as well as ensuring compliance on AML/CFT matters.

Experience and Qualifications

You will be provided with on the job training. Furthermore, the below will also be required:

Minimum a degree holder or equivalent professional qualification;

Prior Risk Management or other relevant working experience would be an advantage;

Relevant understanding of KYC or AML frameworks and local laws.
