人材紹介サービス「シニアジョブエージェント」のマネージャー候補としての募集です。最初はリクルートコンサルタントとして成果を出していただく予定ですが、将来的には新規事業立案・事業企画やビジネスグロース等のマネージャーとしてのポジション登用も可能です。
【具体的な業務】

難易度が高いと言われるシニアの転職を支援します。
*転職における要件定義を転職希望者と共にビジョンを成立させ、本人要望と転職市場をすり合わせて、論理的かつ合理的に魅力あるキャリアビジョンを設定して、転職を成功へと導きます。
*人生で最後になるかもしれない転職を成功に導くことで、求職者様より涙ながらに感謝の声をいただくこともあります。
*◆新規事業企画運営
新規事業の立案や運営を行い、社長直下で事業を推進して頂きます。
*マーケティング戦略の立案や、デザイン企画案、セールス活動など新規事業における多岐に渡る業務に携わる事が可能です。
*エンジニアやデザイナーとのレベーションを行いながら ビジネスを作る力を付けられる.
