  • Collaborate with Regional, Global EUT team and respond to L3 technical support escalation from local Desktop Support Team (L2) or Application Support team, etc., for local infrastructure related issue to resolve promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, maintaining a seamless user working environment.
  • Perform system and application updates, apply patches, and conduct regular maintenance to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Adapt to new technology trends and tools, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and conduct user training sessions, promoting effective utilization of technology among users.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure, proactively detect issues, and take appropriate actions to ensure system stability.
  • Create incident reports, document solutions, and enhance collaboration within the team.
  • Skills & Experience (Must Have):

  • Degree in IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Virtualization Platform (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Azure, etc.) and business applications.
  • Network troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills with end users, regional and global technology teams.
  • Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration spirit.
  • Special Considerations:

  • Flexible working hours and availability for emergency response may be required.
  • Willingness to adapt to rapid technological changes and acquire new skills.
  • Contribution to the Organization:

    The IT End User Technology Engineer contributes to the organization by providing smooth and efficient technology support, enhancing productivity, and ensuring security compliance.

    Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

    Hybrid Model, following Manulife's Working Better guidelines.

    Over time:

    20-40 hours/month.

    Salary:

    Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

    Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

    Working Hours:

    Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
