    About Organization

    E2E Performance & Capacity Division is responsible for ensuring Rakuten Mobile network End-to-End performance and/or capacity KPI are achieving the targets, providing the best customer experience, filing business requirement and align with Network Functions/Applications owners.

    Job duties

    ・Create, monitor, and perform analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) in CVIM and RCP (Robin) platforms
    ・Correlate the degradation of Cloud domain KPIs with end-to-end (E2E) KPIs
    ・Provide logical solutions for automating CVIM, K8 PM KPI reports
    ・Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
    ・Possess strong knowledge of Cloud Domain
    ・Work at the command-line interface (CLI) level of Cloud platforms

    Minimum Qualification

    ・Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering or a related field
    ・8-10 years of experience in the mobile telecom field, primarily in Cloud Platform (CVIM and Kubernetes)
    ・Demonstrate strong knowledge in Cloud Domain
    ・Have experience working at the command-line interface (CLI) level of Cloud platforms

    Preferred Qualification

    ・Cloud Certifications
    ・Familiarity with Cisco NFVI architecture at the command-line interface (CLI) level
    ・Proficiency in Kubernetes at the command-line interface (CLI) level
    ・Experience in automations, demonstrating the ability to automate tasks and processes
