- メルカリのUXリサーチャーは、お客さまの豊かな体験を実現するために本質的な問いを立て、あらゆるリサーチ手法を駆使し、鋭い洞察を得ることで事業にコミットするポジションです。お客さま、デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャーをはじめ、メルカリグループを横断し、あらゆるステークホルダーと協働しながら、サービス全体を見渡し、最良の意思決定を行えるような動き方が求められます。あらゆる意見やアイデアなどが日々、チーム内外で飛び交うなか、特にUXリサーチャーは中立的な視点が不可欠です。専門性を活かしつつも、お客さまが持つフラットな視点を忘れることなく、サービスづくりに向き合っていただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
- 事業課題に対して、適切なリサーチプロセスをデザインし、提案する
- デプスインタビュー、ユーザビリティテスト、アンケート、または他の新しい方法を含めたあらゆる手段を用いて鋭い洞察を得る
- デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャーなどのチームメンバーに発見した洞察を共有し、アイデアに落とし込む
- サービス開発サイクルに合わせたリサーチプロセスの管理、ディレクション(例:定期開催のUXリサーチ、プロジェクト型のリサーチ、アドホックリサーチ)
- リクルーティング、データやドキュメント整備などResearch Ops業務
- メルカリのミッションとバリューに共感できる
- UXリサーチに関連する実務経験5年以上(アプリ・Webサービスのリサーチ経験、UXデザイナーとしてのリサーチ経験も可)
- プロジェクトの状況を理解し、リサーチプロセスのデザインを主導できる
- 人間中心のアプローチに基づいて、探索・検証の調査を実行できる
- 定性的・定量的なリサーチ手法を活用したデータ収集・分析の経験がある
- リサーチ結果を元にして課題解決に向けた提案ができる
- チームを横断するプロジェクトで働いたことがある
- HCI、人間工学、文化人類学、心理学、またはそれらに関連する分野で学士号、修士号、博士号を取得している方
- サービスロードマップを実現するためにリサーチ戦略の策定ができる能力
- リサーチ結果を元にして経営レベルで事業の意思決定にコミットできる能力
- リサーチ結果を元にしてサービス戦略に落とし込める能力
- ファシリテーション能力
- プロジェクトマネジメント、デザイン、エンジニア、データ分析など他職種の経験
- ピープルマネジメント経験または、リサーチ組織づくりに意欲的な方
- 豊富なライフエクスペリエンス
- 大胆にチャレンジし、多くの失敗から学べる方
