賞与:年2回(7月・12月) 2か月(2022年度実績)

職員紹介制度
当法人に在籍している職員の紹介でご入職いただいた場合、
入職後6か月後に10万円を支給させて頂きますので
ご友人がいらっしゃる場合などはぜひご利用ください
※当法人職員を通じて事前に申請を行った場合のみ適用となります。
※過去に当法人での勤務経験がある方は対象外となります。
※通常の選考(面接・適性検査等)は行いますのでご了承ください。
※紹介制度対象職種に限り適用となります。募集要項をご確認ください。
入職支援金制度
常勤職員としてご入職された方を対象に入職支援金を支給させて頂いております。
【支給条件】
・支給金額:30万円(入職3か月後:15万円・6か月後:15万円)
・直接応募またはハローワークを通じてご応募頂いた方
・常勤職員としてご入職された方
・2023年5月16日以降にご入職された方
※中途入職の方が対象となります。以下の方は対象外となりますのでご注意ください。
①人材紹介業者を経由された方
②過去に当会就業経験のある方
※職員紹介制度との併用は不可
